Compensation Plan: How You Get Paid

10 WAYS TO EARN WITH GELMOMENT!

JUMPSTART PERSONAL RETAIL SALES REWARDS
During your first 90 days as a distributor, you can earn free products, cash, and other rewards, on top of all other commissions and bonuses. You will also receive a cash bonus when your personally sponsored recruits earn this bonus for themselves too! See the JUMPSTART PRS REWARDS CHART for the many ways to earn through this program!
JUMPSTART RANKUP REWARDS
During your first 90 days as a distributor, you can earn up to $250 in gel cash (free products of your choice!) by reaching the ranks of Team Leader through Platinum Team Leader. You will also receive a cash bonus when your personally sponsored recruits earn this bonus for themselves too! Furthermore, during your first 180 days as a distributor, you can earn up to $7,500 in cash bonuses by reaching the ranks of Director through Platinum Director!
PERSONAL COMMISSION
Simply share your distributor website with your customers - they do the shopping, we do the shipping, and depending on your monthly “paid as” rank, you earn 15% to 50% in personal commissions from their order!
MONTHLY PERSONAL RETAIL SALES BONUS
Each calendar month that you achieve $1,000 in personal retail sales (PRS), you receive an additional $50 cash bonus. Reach $2,500+ PRS in a calendar month, and you will instead receive a $100 cash bonus!
LEADERSHIP COMMISSION
Earn 3% commission on the total team wholesale sales of your downline, up to 10 levels deep, based on your monthly “paid as” rank!
MENTORSHIP COMMISSION BONUS
Earn up to a total of 8% commission on the team wholesale sales of your Level 1 team members!
EXECUTIVE COMMISSION BONUS
Upon ranking up to the executive tier of the compensation plan, earn an additional 5% to 10% cash bonus on the total commission earned from your Levels 2 through 10!

Monthly Rank Requirements and Earnings Breakdown

Wholesale amounts are calculated at 70% of the Personal Retail Sales (PRS) value for all eligible products.
*To reach the rank of Senior Brand Partner, a Distributor must have reached a total lifetime PRS value of $550.
**Brand Partners and Senior Brand Partners do not have monthly requirements. To avoid becoming inactive, all distributors must have at least $220 in PRS within the past 90 days.
