Do you have customer accounts?

We do have customer accounts! Creating a customer account expedites the ordering experience by automatically linking your orders to the distributor associated with your account. It is also a great way to keep track of your invoices and to keep any gelmoment credits you may receive in one place! You can create a customer account by clicking login at the top right corner of our website and then clicking sign up as a customer.  

Gelmoment offers a lifetime warranty on our LED lamps and power banks. We offer a 60-day warranty on all of our other products.  

Unused, opened products may be returned to our warehouse within 60 days of receiving your order. If you have any concerns regarding a purchase, please reach out to your distributor or support@gelmoment.com so that we can assist you.

If you purchased through one of our distributors, reach out to them for assistance. Additionally, you may email support@gelmoment.com for support from our corporate team.

Your email is important to us and answering you is a priority! While it may take up to 3 business days depending on volume, we are committed to reply to all emails as soon as possible, often within the same day.  

Our warehouse’s processing time is typically 1-2 business days. The shipping time is dependent on what courier option you select at checkout.

Our warehouse team will process your order with the utmost care and love to make sure it arrives to you in excellent condition as quickly as possible. You can track your precious package every step of the way with the tracking information emailed to you.
