- Reside in Canada, the USA or Australia
- Be at least 18 years of age (as of age 16, you may enroll with a parent or guardian as a co-applicant on the account)
- Choose your sponsor to enroll under and purchase an enrollment package.

Yes, each distributor must sign up under a sponsor. A sponsor is an existing gelmoment distributor who will be an invaluable resource in helping you launch your new business! It is not possible to enroll without a sponsor.

For 60 days after your join date, you also have the option to purchase upgrade bundles which are an excellent way to acquire a vast selection of products at special new distributor pricing!
Gelmoment has two simple requirements to keep your account active.
- Canadian and American distributors must have at least $200.00 in personal retails sales in a rolling 90-day period. Australian distributors must have at least $220.00 in person retails sales in a rolling 90-day period.
- After the first year, distributors pay a modest annual fee (breaks down to less than $8/month) which covers their eWallet and website maintenance to keep their account active and their business running smoothly!
We offer instant earnings on personal commissions that are paid directly to the distributor’s eWallet account within an hour of an order being placed! At the end of the month if a distributor qualifies for a rank which offers additional earnings, those are deposited within the first week of the new calendar month.
Commissions can then be transferred from a distributor’s eWallet account directly to their bank account or a prepaid card. A cheque can also be requested.
At gelmoment, expect to be welcomed with open arms by a company with a strong sense of community and industry leading products! No, gelmoment does not require auto-ship. We believe distributors and customers should be in complete control of what they order and when.
At gelmoment, we offer distributors complete training to support you in your new business. From our GEL Academy online training portal to our Facebook communities, our corporate team shares all the knowledge needed to help you grow your business. Additionally, your sponsor and their upline may offer additional resources to support you in your gelmoment journey, too!

A party is an opportunity for you to partner with a gelmoment distributor and host an event to earn rewards. Parties can be in person or virtual. Please reach out to your distributor to plan the type of party which best suits you.
Yes, your distributor will help you to plan and create your event. They will set you up with a hostess account and be able to educate your guests about the products and their benefits, increasing the chance of your party’s success.

Your party can be open for a maximum of 10 days.
Your distributor will provide you with a link that your party guests can order through.
Your distributor creates a gelmoment hostess account for you when you register your party. The rewards are then issued directly to your hostess account. You will receive an email after your party explaining how to login to your account and access your rewards. You can then place your order and enjoy your goodies!
There is no limit to the number of parties you can host! You are free to schedule your next party with your distributor as soon as you’d like. If you are enjoying our products that much, you may want to consider enrolling as a distributor for additional perks and benefits. You can ask your distributor to discuss the opportunity with you.

To ensure the shelf life of your gel polish, be sure to close the bottle tightly since extended periods of air exposure can affect the quality. Store your gel polish at room temperature and away from direct sunlight or any source of LED light. These light sources can cause your gel polish to cure within the bottle. Never do your nails outdoors.
No, our gel polish does not air dry. Gelmoment gel polish needs to be cured under a gelmoment LED lamp. We have 3 types of lamps to choose from. Find our LED Lamps here: LED LAMPS
With no top or base coat required, our gel polish cures in just 45 to 60 seconds, depending on which of our LED lamps you choose.
Gelmoment’s high quality gel polish formulas are mainly produced in Europe, however a small portion of our collection is made in the USA. You’re sure to fall head over heels for both! The colour’s page on our website will specify which country the polish is made in.

It is strongly discouraged to use a different brand of lamp. The gelmoment LED lamp should always be used in conjunction with gelmoment gel polish, as it has been thoroughly tested and manufactured specifically for our products. Using an alternate lamp may cause improper curing, and we do not guarantee the same quality results.
All light gives off a certain amount of UV light, including the sun and every other body of light. It is important to limit that exposure.
LED lamps also emit a small amount of UV light. The greatest advantage they have over the traditional UV light is that the amount of time exposed to the light is cut down to a third. In addition, the LED light has over 50 000 hours of use; enough for a lifetime.
A traditional gel manicure goes through a three-step process which necessitates going through a traditional UV lamp three times, which can be up to ten minutes per nail. The beauty of the gelmoment experience is that there is only one coat for no more than 60 seconds, so that drastically limits exposure to any UV rays, along with LED Lamps having significantly less UV exposure per use to begin with.
Gelmoment’s LED lamps are guaranteed for life; therefore, no replacement bulbs are required.
Gelmoment’s mini lamp is 6 Watts and 5 Volts. The professional and deluxe lamps are 8 Watts and 12 Volts.
Gelmoment’s mini lamp cures in 60 seconds. The professional and deluxe lamps cure in 45 seconds.
Our lamps are 400 nm.
The Mini LED Lamps include a micro-USB cable, the professional LED lamps include a DC-12V power adapter, and the deluxe lamp comes with a power wall plug (DC-12V 1A power adapter).
It is imperative that you follow all the application steps on our fact sheet and use our gel polish in conjunction with our gelmoment lamp and accessories to achieve optimal results. Properly prepping your nails by buffing and cleansing is very important as natural nail oils can cause the wet polish to separate on the nail prior to curing or peel prematurely. The polish bottles should be rolled in the palm of the hand before use and never shaken. Always apply the polish in very thin layers as a thick layer will not cure properly. Not all of our polishes are the same texture. It is normal that some colours are thicker than others and that our glitter polishes are very thick due to the high levels of sparkle in the formula. Always cure your polish for the full curing time.

Do you have customer accounts?
We do have customer accounts! Creating a customer account expedites the ordering experience by automatically linking your orders to the distributor associated with your account. It is also a great way to keep track of your invoices and to keep any gelmoment credits you may receive in one place! You can create a customer account by clicking login at the top right corner of our website and then clicking sign up as a customer.
Gelmoment offers a lifetime warranty on our LED lamps and power banks. We offer a 60-day warranty on all of our other products.
Unused, opened products may be returned to our warehouse within 60 days of receiving your order. If you have any concerns regarding a purchase, please reach out to your distributor or support@gelmoment.com so that we can assist you.

Our warehouse’s processing time is typically 1-2 business days. The shipping time is dependent on what courier option you select at checkout.
